This publication concentrates on the idea of the different layers of society. It aims to formulate a vision of our life through the different services, with ethical approaches in politics, social and healthcare by means of education as a tool for innovation and improving the future of our society. One of the goals is to explore the influence of the behaviour of decision makers from the bottom up to the government's level. Specifically, the aim is to analyse corruption, which is a "cancer" of the transformation process in all EU countries, as well as all over the world, and it's negative influence in the period of the financial and economic crisis that started in late 2008.
By means of using global tools of policy, culture, environment, welfare and economics it is our duty to both develop these further and in parallel build up a new concept of the quality of life for future generations.
